Orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). As a one-woman army, sometimes things come up and it takes a bit longer.
If your order has taken more than 3 days to ship, you are free to email us at email@example.com to ask for an update.
Orders are shipped within 3 days of being processed.
Every order is shipping through USPS First Class Package.
Due to COVID-19, USPS is experiencing delays in processing and shipping packages. Please expect delays.
Shipping costs are automatically waived when you spend $30 or more.
Subtotal must be at least $30 AFTER discounts have been applied.
Tax doesn't count towards subtotal.

We do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds for any of our products.

After an order has been received by USPS, we are not responsible for any stolen or lost packages.
For a lost or stolen package please contact USPS directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS and file a report.
DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS
Should your order arrive damaged or missing items, please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 72 hours of receiving your order.
Please have order number & pictures of products readily available.
